A native Californian, born in Santa Barbara, Ca. married to Phyllis A. Barker since 1955, we have 5 sons and 3 grandchildren. My entire business career has been in real estate related disciplines. A real estate broker in Santa Barbara, Ca. for 10 years; real estate development of retail and mobile home parks in Orange County Ca. for 5 years; employed by Pacific Life Insurance Company real estate investment division for 10 years. In 1980 formed Property Correspondents, a institutional level real estate consultant, consulting to Pacific Life, Nippon Kotsu and others in the acquisition and disposal of real estate. Moved to Arizona in 1996 as a sales associate for the Del Webb Corporation. Handled the sale for a Carefee Az. Tract known as Tranquil Place for the firm of Calvis Wyant. In 1999 became associated with Russ Lyon Realty now Russ Lyon Sothebys International Realty representing sellers and buyers in the North Scottsdale, Carefree area.
