Tracy Eisnaugle's professional background, education, and personal experience as a longtime Sarasota resident culminated in her embracing the field that she was meant for, residential real estate. After earning her degree in Interior Design from Florida State University, Tracy spent years as a successful designer in Sarasota working in high-end residential design, model merchandising, and managing a design center for "America's Best Builder," Lee Wetherington Homes. She next applied her creative mind to writing real estate-related copy, marketing material and articles before deciding to become an agent at another prestigious brokerage firm.
Now happily serving clients at Premier Sotheby's Sarasota office, Tracy draws on her seasoned interior design skills, construction knowledge and marketing savvy to effectively stage and market homes for clients so they stand out, and sell. She further utilizes this vision and expertise to help buyers capitalize on the potential of a promising space that could even be transformed into their dream home. Whether it is your first home in Sarasota or one of many, Tracy is ever attentive to your needs to ensure a smoothest real estate transaction, and a memorable experience. "My goal is to also create lasting relationships with clients built on trust and integrity; that's what matters most."
Born and raised in a small town just outside of Cincinnati, Ohio, Tracy moved to Sarasota nearly 30 years ago so has an intimate knowledge of the housing market. She is very involved in her community not only as a dedicated real estate professional, but as an active member of The Junior League of Sarasota, member of The Young Professionals Group, past board member for JOY, volunteer for Habitat for Humanity, and committee member for The New College Library Fund, Children's First and The Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. Tracy is married to her high school sweetheart, Jeff, a Sarasota native, plus is a certified Spinning Instructor who enjoys teaching cardio classes when not out showing houses.
