In 1992 Bonnie Price, former business owner and "snow bird" from Brookfield, Wisconsin, moved to Sarasota with her husband, Jim, then to the Venice area in 2000. Their years as residents of Prestancia and Laurel Oak, finally settling in their beautiful waterfront home on Lemon Bay, provided a unique knowledge of both bay front and Gulf front properties as well as gated communities. The years of experience building and buying personal residences was a natural avenue leading to a profession in real estate. As such, Bonnie Price became a highly successful residential Realtor.
Over the years, she gained valuable experience in both residential and commercial real esate sales in the Sarasota, Manatee and Charlotte county markets.
