A graduate of Indiana University's esteemed and highly rated Kelley School of Business in 2003, I made my way south over eight years ago to pursue my passion for real estate, construction, and entrepreneurship. While attending Indiana University I received my Bachelor's in Marketing, as well as a minor degree in Psychology. I spent the first three years of my professional life establishing Pulte Homes' sales division here in Nashville. Pulte is widely recognized as a top producing national home builder and respected Fortune 500 corporation. After successfully launching multiple communities and growing the division to 15+ thoroughly trained sales associates, I decided to turn my attention to developing a better foundation and understanding of construction knowledge and business management. Thus the next two years of my life were spent working exclusively with one of Nashville's largest private builders, David McGowan, in a more entrepreneurial setting. This afforded me the opportunity to acquire a better understanding of the fundamentals required in running a successful venture within the world of real estate and residential construction. I became solely responsible for the company's urban efforts engaging in everything from sales and marketing efforts to customer quality calls. I amassed just over $15 million in sales during this time, landing among the top of my far more seasoned peers within Nashville's real estate industry. Today, at 30 years old, I've successfully transitioned into building and branding my name as a leader in the residential real estate industry amassing $50+ million dollars in transactions and serving over 100 clients at price points ranging from $200,000 to $2,400,000. I feel very strongly that every home has a unique set of features which create a marketable property and those coupled with the right focus on the targeted market will always produce a satisfactory transaction. I take pride in my different approach to real estate sales and feel that each listing I take on is a relection of my own personality and energy.
