He began on the outskirts of Boston with an Electrical Engineering degree and MBA from Northeastern University. While working for Raytheon, Earl built his first motel on the shores of New Hampshire. The sale of this high-rise into condominiums launched Earl's full-time brokerage business. He used this opportunity to move his wife and seven children to Kennebunk, where they had fallen in love with the coast of Maine. He has spent many years buying and selling real estate as well as renovating the Nonantum Resort and other local landmarks.
