Deborah Masterson exemplifies success in residential sales. Her over-the-top service and proven expertise is grounded by genuine care and compassion for others. This unforgettable combination sets her apart in our industry and cements her into the lives of her clients.
First obtaining a B.B.A. degree in marketing from the University of Iowa, she garnered early corporate experience that involved negotiating highly complex, multi-party agreements with major executives. Her next step was to become a licensed Texas real estate broker, which she has been for over 20 years. Now, Deborah constantly monitors industry trends and market conditions to offer the most in-depth knowledge. In addition, she adds expertise previously gained as a licensed mortgage broker and strong negotiating skills developed in the corporate world to complete a unique background that sets her apart in our industry. She is ideally equipped to deliver seamless transactions, ensuring that her clients receive the most advantageous financial terms.
Deborah has already earned two designations and is working on her third. She has obtained her Accredited Buyer's Representative and the National Association of Realtor's GREEN designations, both of which perfectly position her to assist all clients, whether they are buying or selling. Deborah is also a member of the Greater Dallas Association of Realtors, the Greater Dallas Multiple Listing Service, the Texas Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.
Dedicated to her community, Deborah's market presence has been enhanced through her prior involvement in the Dallas Museum of Art Professional Members League, where she met her husband. They now have three daughters who attend University Park Elementary, where she currently puts forth her fundraising efforts and sits on the PTA Board. Previously, Deborah has been a board member of the University Park Pre-School Association and the Preston Hollow Early Childhood PTA.
When asked about one of her greatest success stories, Deborah speaks of the time she had clients with 2nd and 4th graders relocating to Dallas, and the nearest school was already full for the upcoming year. Deborah found a way for them to register the children - against all odds - at a school close enough for them to walk to, fulfilling the wishes of the family. This is just one example of how Deborah makes a supreme effort to knock down any barriers in the way of satisfying her client's needs.
Deborah's qualities of being very detail-oriented, a multi-tasker, great at setting priorities, results-driven, professional, and very personable make her a shining example of what anyone would want in a real estate advisor.
