Daniel moved to Florida in 2000 and has been a licensed Realtor since 2004. A broker associate, he was formerly with the Quail West community handling multimillion dollar transactions as an on-site agent in the new luxury home sales division. Other professional real estate experience includes four years at Centex Destination Properties; the second home resort division of Centex, located in Palm Coast, Florida. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin - Madison , he earned a bachelors of science degree in communications. Daniel holds the certified luxury home marketing specialist designation, and is certified in transnational referrals. As a Division I hockey player for the University of Wisconsin Badgers, it was a natural shift to work in radio and TV as a play-by-play broadcaster for the Florida Everblades Hockey Team. He coordinated the sales and maintenance of the Florida Everblades Team, and Germain Arena corporate advertising accounts in multimedia forms. He is an award-winning sales executive earning the distinction of 2007 Palm Coast Sales Executive of the Year for Centex Destination Properties. Daniel and his wife Cavan have a son, Brady. He considers himself a self-starting goal oriented strategist whose confidence, perseverance and vision promote success. As an expert sales leader, he believes in honesty and communicative skills as being key to his accomplishments.
