Julie is a self-described matchmaker and trouble-shooter, two talents that made her journey from fashion design and retail sales to real estate representation a natural progression. Each step of the way, Julie's eye for exceptional design and her passion for gracious client service were evident. In 2005, Julie was invited to join the exclusive representation team at Fifteen Twenty-One Second Avenue, one of the most respected residential developments in downtown Seattle. Currently, she lives a stone's throw from Pike Place Market with her fiancé, architect Blaine Weber. Her personal passions include traveling the world, tending to her terrace garden, and touring on her Davidson bicycle (which she once used to navigate Alp d'Huez's hairpin turns in advance of Lance Armstrong's time trials!). Julie holds a degree from the University of Delaware and was a student at the Paris-American Academy of Design. She's also a member of the Seattle Rotary Club and the Seattle Art Museum Supporters (SAMS).
