As a corporate attorney, he spent 14 years' in the entertainment industry and brings broad experience negotiating the purchase and sale of corporate assets to the residential arena - a unique background that allows Michael to deliver an unparalleled level of service to his clients during what is, for many, the most important financial transaction of their lives. Michael is also an Authorized Agent for 360?Modern - a group of real estate professionals who specialize in the purchase and sale of Mid-Century Modern and Contemporary Modern real estate. His passion for Modern architecture originated in Southern California where he spent his youth studying homes designed by such renowned architects as Richard Neutra, John Lautner, A. Quincy Jones, and Rudolph Schindler. Upon moving to Seattle, Michael was thrilled to find a vibrant community of Modern enthusiasts celebrating the success of such local architects as Wendell Lovett, Paul Kirk, Ralph Anderson and Roland Terry who capitalized on the unique Northwest climate and beautiful geography to create their own style known as Northwest Contemporary. Michael has degrees in Business Administration, Economics, and a Law Degree from Pepperdine University.
