Born in Willets, California, Kerry attended Portland State University, majoring in Psychology. Although she has traveled America and moved over 60 times, she has always called Washington home. She resides in Vancouver Washington with her husband and 3 kids. Over the past 15 years, Kerry has developed an acute system for moving, finding a new residence and establishing a routine. Although her moving days are done, the love and thrill for finding homes, selling homes and seeking out the factors that make each move feel seamless has stayed with her. She finds joy in not only finding the perfect new home for a client, but also helping the transition be easy and enjoyable. She knows from experience, moving is not just about the house. Kerry is also an avid photographer. She prefers to use vintage cameras and large format film. Being a photographer grants a certain attention to detail, which is very important on the sell side of a home. Kerry believes that images provoke emotions, and searching for and buying home is often emotional. How a house is marketed and photographed is very important. That is why Kerry chose to become a Sotheby's agent specifically. The company sees a listing as art, that is how Kerry sees a home, the piece of art you work on every day.
