Thomas Watkins is originally from Los Angeles, California and attended California State University Fullerton where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a major in Advertising and minor in Art/Graphic Design. Thomas worked in the Advertising industry in roles such as project manager, art director and computer graphics trainer. He obtained a California Real Estate license in 2000 and has been actively involved in sales since that time. Thomas has been visiting Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands since 1994 and in December 2004 he moved full time to TCI to join the Turks & Caicos Real Estate Association. His experience in real estate has also included commercial and residential development involving hotels, restaurants, housing projects, and rental properties. He is excellent at working with people, is a great problem solver and has the experience to handle all types of transactions.
