
Michael is a native of South Caicos. His career started off as a member of the Turks & Caicos Islands Government Services in the Ministry of Finance, as a Customs Inspector and moved up the ranks as Training Manager. He implemented the first Customs Canine Narcotic Program in the Islands, and throughout the region. While in the service, he worked as a part-time sales representative with National Colony Realty. After leaving the Government Services in 2007 he joined the Turks & Caicos Sporting Club at Ambergris Cay (an exclusive private-island development in the Turks & Caicos Islands) as the Sales Office Manager and a valuable member in the sales team. In 2009 Michael became a full time sales representative with Tropical Paradise Realty a boutique agency that offered more client oriented services. Whatever the market conditions, Michael exhibits the qualities buyers and sellers look for: trustworthiness, dependability, a familiarity with all of the islands, in-depth market knowledge with respect to inventory and financing, as well as planning regulations. From initial meetings through signing on the dotted line, he works with both local and international clients to get the job done. His drive, negotiating skills, and understanding of their objectives enable his clients to make informed decisions and attain maximum value and satisfaction from each transaction. He is an all-rounder with experience in condominiums, land for development, and larger homes, ranging from affordable to high-end properties. He also finds the best match for clients with vacation homes and condos for short or long term leasing. Michael’s achievements have been rewarded with the respect and loyalty of his clients and colleagues. He was president of the Turks and Caicos Real Estate Association (TCREA) in 2007, and Ambassador in 2012.
