I pride myself in my ability to listen to my clients; it is a trait I have developed over the last 30+ years as a nationally recognized, award winning interior designer. In order for me to be an outstanding agent for my clients, sellers or buyers, I need to understand their motives and their ultimate goal. My talent lies in seeing the possibilities in every property and putting the right client together with the perfect property. While I love the esthetics of real estate it is also very important to me that I represent my clients with the utmost professionalism and assure that their transaction is completed judiciously, representing their interests with good faith, loyalty and fidelity. I have lived in Evergreen since 1993. My husband's company transferred us to the Denver area and when we stumbled into Evergreen we knew, after 5 corporate transfers, we were here to stay. My husband took early retirement to avoid leaving Evergreen. Our older daughter is a graduate of Denver University and our younger daughter graduated from Evergreen High School, University of Colorado and now owns Kinetic Arts Dance Studio here in Evergreen. I love everything that our Rocky Mountains have to offer. I love to hike, snowshoe and ski. I love to fly fish, although I have not mastered the arts of standing still and being quiet so as not to scare off the fish! I enjoy volunteering at or ECHO resale shop which is a huge source of funding for our mountain food bank. I am a member of the Evergreen Chamber of Commerce and do what I can for our Mountain Area Land Trust which helps preserve our open space. I am also active in creating awareness to help find a cure for PKD (Polycystic Kidney Disease) which is the most prevalent hereditary disease in the world that no one has ever heard of. I have been lucky enough to be the recipient of 2 donor kidneys, one in 1983 and another in 1992, so as you can imagine I am also an advocate of donor awareness. My degree is from Stephen's College in Columbia, Missouri but we are natives of Minnesota.
