Roger Soderstrom is the co-founder and owner of Stirling Sotheby's International Realty, headquartered in Orlando, and ranked as one of the largest and most active luxury real estate companies in the area.
Soderstrom has more than 30 years of real estate and development experience.
He began his real estate career in Minnesota, where he worked in a family real estate business, which he later took over and expanded throughout the northern Minnesota region.
He relocated to the Central Florida area in 1982, and throughout the decade he played a key role in the development of Heathrow, the internationally recognized country club community in north Seminole County.
Soderstrom served as President of Heathrow Land and Development Corp., which planned and developed Heathrow and its adjacent Heathrow International Business Center.
He worked closely with Jeno Paulucci to develop the world-class community.
As President of the Heathrow International Business Center, Soderstrom played a key role in bringing the American Automobile Association (AAA) world headquarters to Seminole County from Falls Church, Va.
Soderstrom has worked with local and national home builders and commercial developers on multiple projects throughout the Central Florida market area. He has participated in the brokerage of large land and office building transactions.
Soderstrom developed the initial concepts that evolved as Stirling Sotheby's International Realty and the real estate firm's global marketing strategy.
He enjoys mentoring and coaching both experienced and new agents entering the real estate industry.
