As a Florida Licensed Real Estate Salesperson for over 10 years, Patrick has served as the principal of a leading equity partnership which managed and liquidated real estate assets inherited from insolvent savings and loans and mortgage lenders. Patrick has been a Florida Licensed Community Association Manager for over 20 years.
Patrick's social and civic work is unending. Patrick is a recipient of the Miami Herald Silver Knight Award for Community Service and currently serves at the Chairman of the John Alexa Memorial Foundation. Patrick also served as Chairman of the Walk for Wishes event for the Make a Wish Foundation, is a past Board Member of the Community Assistance Foundation and is also active in the support of charities like BASE Camp, Runway to Hope and Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Patrick is also an active member of the Basenji Club of America and the Basenji Rescue and Transport foundation, with two Basenji dogs of his own.
