I believe listening to clients and understanding their particular needs, hopes and concerns is the key to a good working relationship. When selling and/or buying your home emotions, anxieties, and excitement can all run high and as your real estate agent it is my job to keep the process running smoothly. Each transaction is unique and special. Each needs personal attention and I believe that starts with listening.
In addition to serving my clients, I’m currently working on a 9-home development on property that I own in Norwalk. All homes in this high-end community will be priced over $1,000,000. The project is awaiting public hearing for final approval. I’ve been involved in every aspect of this complex project, including Planning and Zoning, Conservation, engineering and the legal team, successfully navigating the impact on traffic, environment and the neighborhood. I’m looking forward to an expected approval in the next month and beginning to market these high-end homes.
Born and raised in New York City, I have a BA from City College and a MS from Fordham University. I have taught in such diverse areas as the South Bronx, Bethel and Westport. While my own children attended Greens Farms Academy, Westport and St. Luke’s, New Canaan I was active as chairman of many auctions and various fundraising events. As a member of the Near & Far Aid Association I was responsible for the operation of Southport/Westport Antique Show and the Mitchell Event and Fashion Show. When my daughter graduated from Boston College and my son from Rollins College my husband, Blair and I became true empty nesters. After years of helping friends and family find just the right house, I decided to make a true career of real estate.
