Kay is originally from Michigan and relocated to Montana in 1994. She has a great story to tell on how she happened upon Bigfork and enjoys sharing. Kay received her real estate license in 1998 and began her career in Bigfork, specializing in Luxury, Waterfront and Equine properties. After 24 months she received her real estate Broker's license and over the years has completed several real estate courses earning several designations: CRS (Certified Real Estate Specialist), which is the highest designation awarded to real estate agents; SRS (Seller Representative Specialist), which is the premiere seller agency designation that consist of advanced education in seller representation; and CLHMS (Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist) designation which assures her affluent sellers and buyers of her demonstrated expertise in the luxury home and the estate market. Kay's personal assistant, Maranda has been working for her over the last 10 years who graduated from the University of Montana with her Bachelor's in Marketing, Management and Minor in Photojournalism, while also specializing in Graphic Design. In her spare time, Kay and her family enjoy riding their horses and packing their mules into the Bob Marshall Wilderness. She has viewed the Chinese Wall on three occasions and visits Big Salmon Lake annually.
