By way of background, I completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor. From there, I launched into the business world as an entrepreneur, owning and operating businesses including a consulting practice based in Chicago which specialized in employee benefits and retirement plans, an automotive distribution business with multiple locations in the U.S. and Canada and an automotive paint service business located in Toronto. Also, I followed my passion of cooking and entertaining as the owner of a well-known restaurant located in Rosedale. Developing these start-up businesses necessitated my development of a strong business acumen. In addition, all of these experiences have helped hone my outstanding sales and marketing skills and have positioned me uniquely to help meet your requirements. As a volunteer, I am passionate about my work with Ovarian Cancer Canada and continue to chair two of their events, “Ladies Golf Classic” and “Celebrate the Women in Your Life”. I support the Canadian Womens Foundation and serve as a volunteer for the annual “Sisterhood Soiree”.
