Meet Linda Linda is a passionate City Builder and loves her Hometown Toronto. You can find Linda at City Hall representing the residents on Planning issues in the Yorkville area where she lives as a Director of ABC Residents Association or participating in the Bang & Olufsen Yorkville Run fundraising for the Toronto YWCA’s Shelters. Linda believes culture is integral in building a vital, prosperous City and is part of Toronto’s Cultural Community serving on the Board of Directors of TIFF the Toronto International Film Festival and as a Patron of the Art Gallery of Ontario and Luminato Festival of the Arts. Linda has lived in Yorkville since the 1980’s and has been active in the areas’ business Community as a member of the Yonge Bay Bloor Business Association and past member of the Yorkville Bloor BIA Design Committee, Yonge Bay Bloor Police Liason Committee. Linda’s real estate education started at the young age of 10, accompanying and translating for her mother who did not speak English to purchase houses and investment properties including a 21unit apartment building. Graduating with a Degree in Landscape Architecture Linda designed and managed residential, commercial and institutional projects, with her planning, design and construction knowledge Linda transitioned to Consulting for land acquisition and development. All these avenues led Linda back to Real Estate, her understanding of the City, Planning & Design and trends, combined with her discerning eye, extensive network and Real Estate Market knowledge enables her to provide Clients both local and international the expertise they can rely on.
