Frank brings a unique perspective to his work as a realtor in Vail, following 30 years of marketing and hospitality management in the Vail Valley. In addition to his work with Ascent Sotheby's International Realty, he is currently serving as General Manager at the Vail Mountain Lodge & Spa, one of Vail's premier boutique health and wellness lodging establishments, and Vice President of Marketing for Gemini Resorts Management, one of the Valley's leading Fractional Real Estate consultancies and management groups.
Prior to his current position, Frank served as President of the Vail Valley Chamber and Tourism Bureau for 14 years, preceded by a 20-year record of growth and impact in the hospitality and resort business, serving in Sales, Marketing, and General Management positions with Marriott, Hilton, Doubletree and Holiday Inn Corporations, as well as General Management positions with independent hotel and condominium resort operations in Aspen, Palm Springs and the Vail Valley.
A native of Jackson, Mississippi, Frank graduated from the University of Mississippi. He has lived in the Vail area for 31 years, where he has served on the Board of the Vail Leadership Institute, Colorado/Wyoming Hotel/Motel Association, the Hotel Sales and Marketing Association, the Vail Resort Association, the Vail/Eagle Valley Rotary Club, the Vail Chamber of Commerce, the Vail Community Task Force, and was a three-time Chairman of the Vail Valley Marketing Board. Frank was also the Lodging Committee Chairman for the Organizing Committee of the 1999 World Alpine Ski Championships.
Frank was a founding member of the Colorado Association of Destination Marketing Organizations, serving as Chairman for two years, and a founding Board member of the Colorado International Marketing Organization, a statewide public-private partnership dedicated to increasing visitation from international markets. In addition, Frank has served as an instructor for the Vail Leadership Institute, Colorado Mountain College, and as a guest lecturer for the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado.
Frank resides in East Vail with his wife, Tina Fleishman, a clinical psychologist in private practice, and has two grown children, Brett and Jodi, both of whom live in the Bay Area, California.
