In 2010, most Denver neighborhoods had an average Days-on-Market of 120 -160 days. With this time frame, (and understanding approx. 1/3 sales are bank related sales), effective marketing today requires three steps: First, pricing ahead of the market; Second, strategic marketing; and Third, follow-through down to every last detail.

Effective marketing is critical. Advocating your interest is my top priority. And, understanding your timing, needs, and comfort level with daily/weekly communication brings successful results.

I represent clients buying and selling homes in central Denver, including Bonnie Brae, Wash Park, Belcaro Park, Hilltop, Country Club, Cherry Creek, and Lodo. I've lived in Belcaro since 1998, and currently serve on the 2010 Belcaro Homeowner's Association Board.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Hope College, in Holland Michigan and have been engaged in the residential real estate business since 1988. Consistently in the top 5% of realtors, nationally, I have local beginnings in Greenwood Village Colorado, and am proud to call myself a native.
