Growing up in Omaha, Nebraska, Chris would visit Colorado several times per year knowing at a young age that he would eventually call Denver home. After finishing and undergraduate degree from the University of Kansas in 1997, he made the move and hasn't looked back. Chris has experience in several areas of real estate including residential sales and development having worked for a developer as well as Exclusive Resorts. Prior to joining Fuller, Chris extended his high-end sales experience by managing the Western Region for Marquis Jet, a private aviation company affiliated with NetJets/Berkshire Hathaway. In the meantime, he also completed a Master's of Business Administration from the University of Colorado. Chris considers himself a "perfectionist" and prides himself on attention to detail and first-class service. His extensive background streamlines his process with his most savvy clients needs, engaging them in the highest of quality and services.

Throughout his 12+ years in Denver, Chris fell in love with the different neighborhoods of Metro Denver and has lived in several including Cherry Creek, City Park, Park Hill and Observatory Park. This passion for different neighborhoods drew Chris into the real estate arena full time. He brings a passion, enthusiasm and a distinct perspective to residential real estate in the Denver area. He currently lives in Observatory Park with his wife Staci and two young children.The Wolfe Group was excited to add Chris Bouc and all he has to offer to their team and together they sold over $60 million in residential properties again earning them the distinction of #1 Team at Fuller Sotheby's International Realty and with the Denver Board of REALTORS®.
