Licensed in the state of Oregon. Ken is a long-time Bend resident and can remember when the population was about 17,000, 3rd street only had three stop lights, and Mt. Bachelor's chairs were named after colors. A lot has changed, but all the things that made the Bend area special back then are still here today. Ken began his real estate career in 2006, one month after the peak of the real estate boom. Despite the worst real estate market since the great depression, Ken has successfully assisted hundreds of buyers and sellers in their quest to understand the market and how to turn their desires into reality. Prior to real estate, Ken spent time in banking, investments, and owned two businesses. Ken is a graduate of the University of Oregon and is an avid Duck fan. Ken enjoys all that Central Oregon has to offer; fly fishing, hiking, biking, skiing, camping, stand up paddling, hunting, rock climbing, and more; but his first love is golf. When not providing outstanding customer service to his clients, can be found on the driving range, putting green, or teeing off on #1. Ken shares this adventure we call life with his wife Molly, son Sam, and dog Woody.
