Trained as a political scientist, with a Ph.D. from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, Bette lived in the Washington D.C. area for several years and was formerly a Vice-President for Legislation with a professional association representing the nation's colleges and universities. She also was employed as a college professor for several years teaching public administration and psychology courses.Since moving to Massachusetts she has used her strong analytical skills and experience in negotiating to work with customers and clients who seek to sell or procure distinctive properties or who need help with governmental bodies.
