Kimberly Swan is the sole stockholder of Trumpeter Inc., d/b/a of The Swan Agency Sotheby's International Realty. She joined the family company in 1981, selling homes through college summers. Currently, Kim focuses on Business Development as the Company expands it's brokerage team throughout the State of Maine recruiting some of the state's best brokers who work with today's tools who realize that today's real estate business does not necessarily require bricks and mortar offices. She also oversees the marketing, public relations and social media programs focusing on staying ahead of the curve. Kim is an active community member and supporter of many charities, especially those animal related and was a Bar Harbor Town Councilor for 10 years. Through her music publishing company, Maineville, she executive produced the top selling CD, Amazing Music of Mainers, which was a collection of well known artists who many did not realize had Maine ties. This CD benefits End Maine Hunger.
