Growing up in Coral Gables has given Ellen an insider's perspective of life in South Florida. She is a graduate of The University of Georgia School of Business with a major in accounting. After graduation, Ellen spent 10 years in the business world, starting out with Price Waterhouse & Co. in Miami. However, her friendly and outgoing disposition took over and in 1980 she obtained her real estate license and in 1984 her real estate broker's license, leading to a long and successful career which she has thoroughly enjoyed ever since. In 1995, she and her husband Ron moved to Weston and shortly after that he also became a Realtor. For the next several years they worked as a team selling new construction and resales for Weston Realty, the resale division of Arvida, the developer of Weston. He has since retired and works as Ellen's assistant while she continues to work full time serving her buyers and sellers in the Weston and West Broward area. Because of her association with the developer during the early years, her knowledge and understanding of the area and market are invaluable to her customers.
