Monique Holzen joined the Sotheby’s office in Stellenbosch in December 2010. Monique is a qualified attorney, and completed her articles in 1997. Her experience in law ranges from litigation to specializing in intellectual property and commercial law. In 2010, her interest in property led her to start her own property company with her partner that focused on selling real estate in South Africa to the Asian market. The focus for the Asian market turned out to be for mining resources, resulting in Monique joining Sotheby’s to follow her passion to sell real estate. She is committed to providing excellence in service delivery and offering the highest standard of professionalism in all aspects of her work. In her spare time, she enjoys tennis, running and hiking in the beautiful surrounds of the Stellenbosch wine farms.
