After spending nearly every vacation on Saint Simons Island for 30 years, Tee Tolleson and his family now call this quaint island their home. After attending college at Mercer University, Tee spent the next 15 years working his way up the ladder in his family's lumber business. With the sale of this business in 1999, Tee entered the Middle Georgia real estate market full time as an investor and a developer. As an extension of his keen interest and experience in land and real estate management, Tee has served on economic development boards from the local level to his most current appointment to the Georgia Board of Economic Development. Tee, his wife, Marti, and 2 children, Trae (15) and Salliana (13) are members at Wesley United Methodist Church. Tee's approachability along with his extensive background in the real estate and development industry make him your go-to guy for your next real estate transaction.
