I currently live in Guilford with my family. I have lived on the CT Shoreline for most of my life. I have learned to appreciate small town living and a tight knit community.
I graduated high school at Sacred Heart Academy in Hamden, CT. I earned a BS at the University Connecticut, School of Business, located in Storrs, CT. My concentration was Finance and Marketing. I furthered my education at Quinnipiac University, receiving an MBA with a dual concentration in Finance and Marketing.
I have participated in 38 transactions in 2014, and have averaged 35 transactions annually since 2009 as a Residential Sales Consultant for William Pitt Sotheby's International Realty. I believe I have a real skill in the art of negotiating and working with people.
Buying and selling a home can be overwhelming. I would like to offer my services and knowledge to make the experience "enjoyable and rewarding" for you. I believe in working together and forming a relationship that will help me identify the perfect home and or marketing plan for you. I feel that the more I can educate and prepare a client for Selling or buying a home, the more confident they will be in the decision or sale.
I recently studied for my SFR (Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource) certification to help those in need of short sale or those that are in pre foreclosure. This allows me to educate people struggling with today's declining home values and tough financial times.
I believe "if you always do what you always have done, you will always get what you always got!" I think about this every day. I realize that thinking outside the box, forging forward in tough times, being open to each person out there and how they need to work through their business; are qualities which I possess and create success in my real estate career.
