An active licensee since 2000, Maxwell Rabin is an associate broker at TTR Sotheby's International Realty. Max works alongside Jonathan Taylor, the founder of the firm, and their team annually ranks among the highest producing in the city. Max facilitates dozens of transactions each year throughout the DC Metro area. A highlight of his career was working on the sales team for the Patterson Mansion on Dupont Circle, the highest residential sale of the year in 2014, for $20 million. A native Washingtonian, Max grew up in Chevy Chase DC, lived in Adams Morgan for 11 years, and currently resides in Georgetown. Max is also an accomplished guitarist and music instructor. He attended the Duke Ellington School of the Arts in Washington, DC, and later graduated from the famed Berklee College of Music in Boston, studying jazz performance and composition. Max still performs regularly and can be seen playing in many venues around the city.
