She is actively involved in her community, having served as the social chair for her Chaparral Estates neighborhood next to the Dunwoody Country Club and serves on the Membership Development Committee. Her children attend Wesleyan School where she served as the publicity and marketing chair for the Wesleyan Artist Market, board member for the Wesleyan Arts Alliance and publicity co-chair for the Wesleyan Gala. She has served on the board of SSYS-Sandy Springs Youth Sports baseball/softball programs as the vice president of fundraising and helped develop their new logo and branding campaign. Shes served as a marketing consultant for the Huntcliff Equestrian Center in the Huntcliff neighborhood in Sandy Springs. Her daughter rides for Fortitude Farm Interscholastic Equestrian Team (IEA) in Milton. Her family attends Northpoint Community Church.

She honed her skills working for some of retail's powerhouse brands, The Gap, Inc., Jessica McClintock, bebe and Ann Taylor. As the sponsorship and marketing director for the minor league baseball team "The Sonoma County Crushers" in Northern California, she was integral in launching the team's stellar inaugural season by developing marketing programs for Pepsi Co., Charles Schultz and major Sonoma and Napa County wineries. She loves to use her marketing experience with her sellers by personally staging their homes (adding flowers, rearranging furniture, adjusting artwork) to create the jewel of the price point in presentation materials and in person.
