Originally from Rome, New York, Scott attended Mohawk Valley College where he studied Business Law and Management. He later worked at an electronics & communication firm in upstate New York and was the General Manager of one of the largest equestrian Quarter Horse show & training centers on the east coast.

Scott moved to Coeur d' Alene, ID in 1986 to escape the hectic New York lifestyle. He bought, renovated and resold rental homes and apartments in the area, which led him to become a licensed Realtor® in 1989. The experience he gained in construction and re-sales has been invaluable to him in his real estate career.

As an avid skier, Scott traveled all over the United States & Canada to ski. Coming to Park City on a ski trip in 1990, he immediately fell in love with the small town mountain resort lifestyle. Knowing that the 2002 Winter Olympics would be great exposure for the Park City real estate market, as well as one of the most memorable times in one's life to experience the Winter Olympics in one's own back yard, Scott made the move. He believed that the emerging Park City market offered a great opportunity for someone with his talent for high-end real estate and new construction.

Based on his background and work ethic, Scott's success was immediate and has continued to grow as his clients reward him with repeat business and referrals.
