Court has been the listing agent for over 30 developments, including lots and single family home communities in Pinebrook, Mountain Ranch and Red Hawk and the Turnberry and Turnberry Woods developments in Midway. He has also represented several condominium developments in Pinebrook and Jeremy Ranch and the Fox Point at Redstone Condominiums. Court spends his time away from real estate with his wife Susan and their four children. They are all involved in a hobby that has turned into a passion - Martial Arts. Every member of the family is a Black Belt and the family owns the Bobby Lawrence Karate School in Park City. Court has been with Master Lawrence since 1989 and is the "Head of School" and a 5th Degree Black Belt. Karate is a good balance to the demands of the real estate business and it is rewarding to teach students who range in age from 4 to 62 years of age!
