Philip N. Collins is a Broker Associate with over thirty years of experience in the real estate industry in both the Naples and Chicago markets.In 2011, Phil was honored and chosen as one of the top 250 real estate agents by The Wall Street Journal and Real Trends Inc. He is one of the nations top real estate professionals.

He focuses on luxury homes and condominiums with an emphasis on waterfront such as, Port Royal, Beachfront, Aqualane Shores, Royal Harbor, Park Shore beach, Bay Colony and golf course communities including Grey Oaks, Bonita Bay and Quail West.

Phil and his family have been instrumental in helping create what Naples is today through their philanthropic endeavors.The Collins family has supported local marine research, assisted in the founding of the Naples Conservancy; contributed to the Delnor-Wiggins and Lowdermilk State Parks. Phil served on the board for the not-for-profit Youth Haven, an organization committed to serving neglected and abused children and continues his tireless efforts for this institution.
