She is a Million Dollar Guild member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing (IHLM). Saucier attended the invitation-only Leaders in Luxury annual conference held by IHLM. Invitees are proven professionals in the luxury home niche and represent million and multi-million dollar home and estate market in the United States and Canada.

The Institute trains real estate professionals who work in the luxury home market internationally and awards the CLHMS designation, which is considered an official designation for many North American real estate brands.

Friley has also earned designations as a Certerfied Real Estate Negotiator (CREN), Resort and Second-home Specialist (RSPS®); Transnational Referral Certified (TRC); World Properties International Consortium of Real Estate Associations and Real Estate Buyers Agent Council (REBAC).

She is a member of the Naples Area Board of Realtors®, the Florida Association of Realtors® and the National Association of Realtors®. Before her career in real estate, Saucier was in sales and sales management for over twenty-five years.
