Judie has extensive experience in the marketing, leasing and sale of residential and commercial real estate throughout the Atlanta metropolitan area. She has successfully marketed and sold more than $100 million in single and multifamily residential real estate primarily in the prestigious Buckhead, Midtown and downtown markets.

Some of her memberships include the Fairlie-Poplar Redevelopment Task Force Board of Directors, Chairman of the Downtown Loft Tour 1998-1999. Judie received the SMG designation for her extraordinary sales performance as well as being a member of the Atlanta Board of REALTORS® Multi-Million Dollar Sales Club.

Notable among Judie's numerous successes is the 49-unit, 123 Luckie Street luxury condominium. Developed in the heart of downtown Atlanta, this was the first new luxury housing to be developed in the downtown market in the last decade. Another example of Judie's talent in sales is The Phoenix, a 65-unit luxury condominium project developed in the heart of the prestigious Buckhead residential market.
