Yetty Arp, a fifth generation Atlantan, brings a wealth of diverse experience in all aspects of real estate brokerage in both commercial and residential areas. For over 30 years, Yetty was a commercial real estate broker with Southeast Commercial Properties where she was Vice President before joining Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby's International Realty. She has been a member of the Atlanta Board of REALTORS® Multi-Million Dollar Sales Club since joining Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby's International Realty in 2010. Yetty is equally proficient in working with both buyers and sellers. Additionally, she capably handles leased properties and investment properties. More than 30 years of experience have made Yetty an excellent negotiator in handling the complex negotiations. She brings a high level of integrity, energy, enthusiasm and professionalism to her position as Broker Associate with Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby's International Realty. Yetty has an exceptional perspective on Atlanta real estate and extensive knowledge of the Atlanta area as well as the northeast Georgia lakes community, having owned a home on Lake Rabun for 40 years. Yetty's lifetime dedication to civic engagement in the Atlanta community has been honored by her election to Leadership Atlanta in 1997. She has served on the Board of Trustees of the following non-profit organizations: Children's Healthcare of Atlanta Foundation, Oglethorpe University, Rollins School of Public Health Dean's Council, Atlanta Symphony Associates, The Atlanta Ballet, the French Heritage Society, A Million Matters foundation, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, Junior League of Atlanta, President of the Lovett Alumni Association, ARCS Foundation Atlanta Chapter, the Ivy Garden Club and the Lake Rabun Association. Yetty is the recipient of the Lovett Alumni Service Award and the Oglethorpe University Alumni Association's Talmage Award, 2011. Yetty is also a METS alumna, lay participant. Yetty was educated at The Lovett School, Vanderbilt University and Oglethorpe University, where she graduated summa cum laude. She is married to Dr. Charles R. Arp, her Lovett sweetheart, who is a Buckhead dentist. Together, they have three accomplished daughters and one beloved grandchild.
