I am an Atlanta native who graduated from Marist School in 1997. From there I went on to earn a bachelor's in biology from the University of Georgia where I was president of Alpha Omicron Pi sorority. Shortly after graduation, I married Paton Faletti (Marist class of 1995) and spent several years in Germany and England before moving back to Atlanta. In 2004 I realized a career in real estate based on a passionate pursuit to help others achieve their personal goals. Now as a top Atlanta real estate professional, I can honestly say that the secret to my success comes from striving to exceed my client's expectation before, during and after each transaction and from seeking to become a trusted advisor for life. There is nothing more rewarding than a referral from a happy client. In 2013, a long-time career goal came true when I was able to create a team to better serve all of my clients. By focusing on the individual circumstances and communication style of my seller clients, we can tailor my marketing plan to best suit their specific situation. By always keeping the priorities and future goals of our buyer clients at the forefront, we are successful in finding them the home that fits both their short- and long-term needs and wants.Beyond m y years of experience bringing buyers and sellers together, I also draw on the following accomplishments to best serve you and your family:2015 Recipient, Phoenix Award for 10 years of membership in the Multi-Million Dollar Sales Club, Atlanta Board of REALTORS®Life Member, Atlanta Board of REALTORS® Multi-Million Dollar Sales ClubTop 25 Agent, Company-Wide since 2007 Realty Alliance Sales Award for exceptional performance as one of the leading residential real estate sales professional s in North AmericaQuoted in the Atlanta Business Chronicle Named one of Atlanta Intown's "Young Guns"Atlanta resident for more than 36 yearsI also believe that I best serve my individual clients by serving the community. These groups allow me to bring more attention to your listing and network to help you find your perfect home. When not working with buyers and sellers, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our three Chihuahuas. We love quiet Sunday afternoons at our house in Serenbe and try to escape to Seagrove Beach whenever we can.
