With knowledge about communities all over Historic Savannah, Historic Ardsley Park/Chatham Crescent and surrounding areas, Casey listens to clients' needs and works with both Buyers and Sellers. As a child, Casey relocated several times with her family for her Father's career. He taught her and her brother how to negotiate a home sale, by involving them in every step of the process. Casey has turned a hobby of Real Estate into a successful career as a Top Producer and Member of the Distinguished Sales Society for the past two years. When working with Casey, you will see she loves her career. In September 2014, Casey had the opportunity to attend the Sotheby's International Realty Global Networking Event in Miami. She brought back many ideas from around the world to help sell your home! Casey was relocated to Savannah in 1999 and met her husband, Matthew, a Savannah native. She has enjoyed being a part of the growth in Savannah and surrounding areas. The Schivera's have made Savannah their home and love all it has to offer. A Junior League of Savannah Sustainer, she volunteers with Historic Savannah Foundation and is the Blessed Sacrament School-President of the Home and School Executive Board. Previously, she volunteered with the Casey is a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution - Savannah Chapter, Kappa Delta Alumni Association, Ardsley Park/Chatham Crescent Neighborhood Association and the Savannah Bama Club. She is active in her children's activities and helped start the summer league swim team at the Savannah Golf Club in 2010. Casey lives in Historic Ardsley Park/Chatham Crescent with her husband, Matthew, their two children and yellow lab. You can always find Casey cheering on her children at their sporting events! One fun fact about Casey is she is an avid cookbook collector with hundreds in her collection---but she doesn't cook, Matthew does!
