Real Estate Professional in St. Louis, Missouri United States

Born and raised in St. Louis, I grew up in North County, and since college I have live in Webster Groves and Clayton. I currently reside in Ladue. I received a Master's Degree in English Literature from Washington University and for eight years taught in high schools and community colleges. Later I studied at Aquinas Institute of Theology, receiving a Master of Arts in Pastoral Studies and a certificate in spiritual direction. I have done chaplaincy work at Forest Park Hospital. I have two adult children and three grandchildren, and have been married to Peter Van Arsdale for five years.

Throughout my life, I have had a gift for happening upon very special residences for myself and my friends. There is not much I would rather talk about than the characteristics of a beautiful living space. My current residence is a 117 year old farm house which I fell in love with and purchased the first day it was on the market 9 years ago. It is a unique and charming house where my friends love to gather. I am energized by connecting clients with residences that reflect their personalities, and I love marketing homes in which my clients have spent a part of their life's journey.

I became a licensed realtor six years ago and I have been working with Andy Dielmann from the beginning. The Dielmann Sotheby's firm provides a welcoming environment for clients and agents alike. I am always happy to bring my clients to the office. I concentrate mostly in the Central Corridor of St. Louis, although I list and sell in the whole St. Louis metropolitan area.

I have always believed in giving back to my community in my areas of interest. My prime involvement is with the C.G. Jung Society of St. Louis, where I currently serve as President. I have been an active member of Emmanuel Episcopal Church in Webster Groves since 1973. Two of my favorite non-profits are the Heifer Project and Child Fund, in the latter of which I have sponsored two children for many years.

I know that finding a home, or selling an existing home can be thrilling and challenging in this market. I am passionate about making certain that the real estate experience, whether buying or selling, is positive and memorable. It would be my privilege to match my passion with your real estate needs. Call me anytime.
