By the age of 18, she owned 12 offices and employed 200 employees in Chicago & later Miami. Nancy's father, Kenneth D. Rosen served as President of the Miami Board of Realtors for two terms in the 70s and developed the prestigious Deering Bay along with Armando Codina and Jeb Bush. In the 80s, The Rosens successfully converted and sold over 1,700 units in 22 buildings in Miami.Over the last 11 years, Nancy has successfully invested in dozens of residential and commercial properties of her own and knows the ins and outs of Miami Beach and Coral Gables.
