Samantha Joelle Elenson is a third generation real estate professional following more than 40 years of family experience in development, building and real estate investing. For the past 22 years she resides in the prestigious town of Golden Beach, where she has earned a respected reputation selling and listing multi-million dollar oceanfront estates. Having negotiated multiple off market deals, she is experienced in bringing discrete sellers and buyers together through an established network. In 2012 she sold more than $7 million worth of residential property. Out of college she pursued a career in public relations and held the position of Marketing Director for Mussallem Galleries. The company owns and operates a 100,000 sq. ft. gallery in North Florida. It sells an eclectic array of museum quality paintings, Objects D' Art and oriental rugs, many of which sold through Sotheby's Auction House. There Samantha formed a network of clientèle with a palate for luxury seeking a high-level of service. She returned to Miami for a marketing and business development position at Technology Applications International Corporation, a publicly listed company, and continued to advance her marketing talents. Building upon her experience in marketing and leveraging her first-class network developed through the years, Samantha has applied her skills to focus solely on Real Estate. She was drawn to Sotheby's reputation as a marketer of the world's most valuable and luxurious possessions and partnered with Sotheby's International Realty® to become synonymous with luxury real estate. Samantha attended the University of Florida and holds a Bachelors of Science in Public Relations and Minor in Entrepreneurship.
