Kim was born and raised in the rolling hills of Adams County, then spent most of her adult life living in Cincinnati. As the time neared for her to retire from her job as an IT Business Consultant, the rural lifestyle again became appealing and she moved to Highland County. Once there she was thrilled to discover that she could have the best of both worlds by telecommuting to her job in Cincinnati while looking out over the pastoral views of Hillsboro. Soon thereafter she became a full time Realtor and found her technical background invaluable in marketing her listings. She has a true love for the area she represents and has helped many buyers find the historic or rural property of their dreams in the countryside east of Cincinnati. Her blog "Historic Homes and Rural Retreats" is a great tool for marketing her listings on an international level. In addition to blogging, Kim recently became an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP) providing her sellers with yet another tool to get their property sold quickly. Her associations include the National Association of Realtors, The Ohio Association of Realtors and The Highland County Board of Realtors. In her spare time Kim enjoys gardening, cooking, antiquing and enjoying nature and the historic home where she now resides. If you too yearn for a simpler way of life give Kim a call.
