Fred has had a very close link to the North Fork and Shelter Island since 1978, where he has summered, sailed the bays, and navigated their many creeks. Fred finally settled in Cutchogue permanently in 2005 enjoying all it has to offer. Fred is Past Commodore of Old Cove Yacht Club as well as Rear Commodore and Director. He is responsible for founding Peconic & Gardiners Junior Sailing Association and organizing eight youth sailing clubs from Orient to East Hampton. Fred spent thirty-three very successful years as a Senior VP of fixed income securities trading sales with a specialty in matching sellers and buyers. In early 2008 he co-founded Peconic Permit Expediting to provide prospective homebuyers and property owners guidance through the maze of permissions needed by many governmental agencies to realize their projects successful completion. Since he began in real estate he has successfully listed, sold, and leased both residential and commercial properties on the East End of Long Island.
