First single family house of modernist Era in Ponta Delgada, located on the avenue of higher quality of the city, with tropical garden with different species. This is one of three examples of single-family homes in Ponta Delgada considered on the "Survey of the 20th Century Architecture " published by the Association of Architects and one of the 15 reference works of architecture recognized on the island of S. Miguel, in the same publication.
