Grand estate of over 1,000 hectares in the hills of the provinces of Siena and Grosseto. The property lies on three hills of pristine vegetation including, vineyards, cork trees, olive groves and meadows that follow the Natural Oasis of Basso Merse. Bordering the estate are the Terme di Petriolo. About 600 hectares are part of a famous reserve and within the estate are also 9 farms, all of medieval origin. Most were completely renovated for tourist accommodation, business, hunting and recently for the exclusivity of Tuscany's vineyard culture. It is also possible for the area to be sold as smaller units.
