This West-Indian style house faces the trade winds and is a short drive to Road Town and has easy access to several sandy beaches on the north shore. The main house is three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There are four creatively positioned outside dining areas: in a gazebo; in a covered patio; under a cascading water fountain; and, at the poolside. A one bed self-contained guest house is close by. The property is landscaped with a wide variety of flowering vines, bushes and trees, all of which require only minimal care. There is a large grassy area which could be converted to a play ground or tennis court. All doors and windows have hurricane shutters and the 12-inch reinforced concrete construction testifies it’s ability to withstand the worst storms. The kitchen has been recently renovated and there is now a generator to supply electricity in case of power failure.
