Villa Zenaida is located in Little Bay Estate, which has a nice paved road to all the properties from the beach area. Comprising only of upmarket housing that all share the same marvelous view of sunsets over the Atlantic Ocean. Villa Zenaida's gates provide a suitable welcome to the property's beautiful gardens. A proper garage is available, which is quite rare in these parts, and there is ample parking for several vehicles on the driveway. Steps lead up to the guesthouse on the right and to the main house, walking past the pool patio and straight ahead. The shady deck around the side and front of the house is an inviting place to relax, with a bar in front of a large serving hatch from the galley kitchen, which benefits from two entrances giving immediate access to the pool. The master bedroom suite on the far side of the main house has a private verandah, and a hammock just outside in the garden. The master bathroom has an outdoor shower with a beautiful stone wall. The guest house has two air-conditioned bedroom suites that open to a shared verandah. Downstairs is a large storage room. The quality of construction and attention to the smallest detail is immediately apparent throughout the property. Some effort has been made to reduce the ecological impact of the property including the use of a reflective roof and stone walls for passive cooling.
