Based on criteria based on the quality of all buildings and the urban environment, Príncipe Real was elected by the largest World Tourist Guide as the Best Neighborhood to Live in Lisbon. In historical terms, the explanation leads us to the time of rational reconstruction undertaken after the 1755 earthquake that modernized the area and led to new forms of occupation of space, allowing the purchase of a new awareness and attracting the urban nobility - that quickly erected mansions there. Currently, a factor which certainly contributes to this is the fact that the neighborhood is a holder of one of Lisbon's most beautiful gardens: the Botanical Garden of the National Museum of Natural History, University of Lisbon, full of exoticism and where fancy breathing. In one of his arteries, and only in 1910 was altered to toponymy of The Century Street, we find that this apartment, not forgetting the period features - namely, high ceilings and stucco - is a house that calls for the use of time, whether in moments of rest or of fellowship, not only by the light which comes from the sun exposure that benefits, but also for outdoor space and quiet offered by the garden. 412 sqm on 2 floors, in need of remodeling job, full of light and character, in addition to 375 sqm of garden and 2 parking spaces.
