The year 2001 was the first year of bottling, resulting in the release of the first brands of red and white wines to the market. Wines that have been distinguished by a gold medal in red wine and a silver medal on white wine. It was later released one of the best wines of 2008 - Herdade do Pinheiro - Colheita Selecionada, 2004 - in Tribute to Antonio Francisco Silvestre Ferreira , family patriarch recognized by the Wine Magazine, and Press premium. The launch of a second brand of wine - Moinho da Asseiceira - was also a priority - a current wine (without wood) but also with a fruity and aromatic taste with good structure. The third wine brand - Capela do Calvário- was launched in 2005. This reference / gamma resulted in a huge sales success in the domestic and export market. In 2007 it was launched the exta virgin olive Herdade do Pinheiro. In 2009 there was the release of Herdade do Pinheiro jams. In 2010 it launched the first champagne Herdade do Pinheiro. In 2011, it was launched a new wine “Herdade do Pinheiro – Vinhas Novas” with excellent price / quality ratio. This wine was acclaimed both domestic and international market, particularly in Brazil. All technical procedures are performed with the highest technology and are followed by a trained experienced technician winemaker, prepared for deeper and more complex decisions. We made some investments in the cellar, and in the warehouse to support the activity, with the primary concern to adapt to the new reality of space, ensuring the necessary criteria for the proper handling of goods and wine. A bottling line was installed, meeting all food safety requirements and perfectly qualified to perform sporadic bottling services. It was also a priority to buy American and French oak barrels for the production of our best “reservas”, some of them awarded in National and International competitions. Nowadays this winery has a storage capacity of 1,800,000 L. In an attempt to take advantage of existing space and at request of some houses such as Cooperative of Vidigueira is often agreed a lease of a large storage space to this company. The assignment of numerous awards in National and International competitions were the proof of the result and effort of the entire team. The Herdade do Pinheiro managed to get notoriety and respect throughout its short existence. The winemaking and marketing earned a place in the market and were recognized by the way the company is organized and has always worked.
